About Diwesh Saxena
I am a Fractional CTO and AI Platform Architect with 16+ years of experience building production-grade systems that actually ship — and stay standing.
Currently, I serve as CTO at Noble House Consulting (thinknoblehouse.com), a talent marketplace and consulting platform with a proprietary AI-powered ATS, and at OEAT (One Eighty Aamoksh Technologies), where I lead AI product and platform strategy.
My work sits at the intersection of Logic, Empathy, and Curiosity. I don't build AI features — I build AI systems that change how organisations make decisions, hire people, deliver care, and scale operations.
The Journey
I started as a software engineer in India, learning that code is only as good as the problem it solves. That conviction shaped everything after.
Seven years in South Korea gave me something most technologists never get: the experience of building for a completely different market, culture, and regulatory environment. I led a blockchain traceability platform for Korean agriculture — reducing supply-chain fraud by 30%. I built patient-doctor-technician apps that connected a fragmented healthcare system. I worked on an IoT fitness stack for a government initiative in Saudi Arabia.
Across every project, one pattern repeated: the technology was never the hard part. The hard part was understanding what the organisation actually needed, and designing systems that humans would trust enough to use.
That insight is now the foundation of everything I build.
Back in India, I took on the CTO role at Noble House Consulting and built our proprietary Applicant Tracking System from the ground up — an AI-augmented platform that reduced time-to-hire by 50% and turned hiring into a measurable, auditable process rather than an art form.
How I Think About Technology
I call it human-centred AI. Most organisations want AI that is fast and cheap. The ones that retain me want AI that is trustworthy, auditable, and actually adopted by the people who have to use it.
That means:
- Designing for the failure modes, not just the happy path
- Building evaluation harnesses before production deployment
- Treating explainability as a feature, not an afterthought
- Measuring outcomes, not outputs
In 2025, I published a white paper on AI agent failure modes in production systems — covering 6 failure patterns and a 3-layer resilience framework. Read “AI Agent Failure Modes in Production Systems” on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.19343490)
Writing & Research
Beyond platforms, I write.
My books explore the intersections of identity, culture, and experience:
- Colors of Pride — stories of love, struggle, and acceptance in India
- Kimchi Capers — tales from seven years navigating life and work in South Korea
- Downtime Disasters — real engineering outages and the lessons they leave behind
I also publish research through Zenodo:
- Mitigating Bias in AI-Powered Recruitment
- From Talent Pools to Talent Graphs
- Agentic Workflows in Senior-Living Tech — link when available
Every week I publish Build With Intent — a Friday newsletter on tech leadership, AI platform building, and human-centred design. Follow on LinkedIn.

Let's Work Together
If you are a founder, CHRO, or product leader trying to turn an AI idea into a production system — or a team that needs a CTO who can architect, build, and lead without adding three layers of process — let's talk.
